Destination 5 Five is about changing habits to achieve goals.

By the end of the year, I want to have lost 5 kilograms and be fit enough to run a continuous 5 kms. I started this blog to keep myself motivated (the internet is my accountability partner!) and I hope to inspire others along the way.

Lauren is a twenty-something from Perth, Australia who is determined to change her habits to live an abundant life. Although not a health professional, she has an active interest in nutrition and exercise. Her favourite exercises are dance and backyard cricket and her favourite foods include hot chips, lasagne and chicken salad.
